My husband and I have bought and sold several homes in the past, but never have we seen such determination to help us reach our goals. The Bank of America was impossible to work with. First they approved the short, just to deny it a few hours later. They did this to us twice. Jay did not give up and after more than 10 months, finally had our third application approved. He never gave up, and kept encouraging us throughout the entire process.

That is not all! Mr. Ralston kept our buyer interested throughout that entire time frame. I do not know how he did it, but thank heavens he did. That alone shows his willpower and skill. He is a true professional with a heart of gold. Jay did not talk to us as if we were clients. He approached us as a friend and we surely hope he’ll visit us whenever he is in Michigan.

Mr. Ralston has all the qualities of a amazing real estate agent. He understands his client’s needs, is familiar with the current real estate market, knows how to handle the banks, and can reach the objectives set before him.
